For this site I did a lot of research into the booking system for Academy Apartments, many of the systems I looked at had very large success booking fees, however, I did come across a NZ based company that could provide an easy-to-use booking system that instead of case by case booking fees charged a one-off and reasonable monthly cost.

This system is called Smart Res and from meetings with Smart Res, my client and myself it definitely ticked all the appropriate boxes. Months after the website launch my client is very happy with how the system is working, best of all their clients are finding it easy to use and book, and they personally are finding it really easy to edit and manage themselves.
